The house itself rezzes in at 265 land impact (the kitchen is included in that number), and is 32 x 35 meters. The snow for the holiday decor is 50 x 50 meters. You can delete the snow prim (or any of the other decor) if you want, it's all up to you. *****
this is the cute kids room .. (this is not a zooby version.. however winter does have a few cute bedroom sets that are zooby friendly.. )

this is honestly one of my favorite parts of the house.. this "enclosed" or should i say semi-enclosed spiral staircase.. it truly is a piece or art and is better appreciated in person.

Kitchen: the kitchen is animated with singles, couples, and (in the furnished version) adult animations, click on the island to animate your avatar. To change the texture for the cabinets and countertops, click the kitchen light switch and select Texture. From the switch you can also rezz a number of different decorating options and also turn the overhead lights on and off. Water will automatically turn on in the sink when you're using the dishwashing animation.
the wine counter.. grab a bottle of your favorite wine and enjoy a sip as you and the love of your life or your friend sit and talk about whatever comes to mind..

For the FURNISHED VERSION ONLY: You'll find lots of holiday furniture and accessories inside, and most are texture change so you can use them year round! Four furnished bedrooms, one of which can rez theater seating (all you need is your favorite tv, since a TV does NOT come with the home), living room set, a dining table with texture change chairs and placemats by the kitchen, a dining room set in the front dining room by the front door, a piano room with a rezzable door, meaning you can turn it into a 5th bedroom, balcony with bistro table, a patio set on the back deck that is texture change for year round use, and a front porch swing, also all season texture change.
Many of the furniture pieces have rezzables that vary in land impact depending on what you rez. Click on dressers and nightstands to see all your options.
